There are two types of additions:
Existing Number Addition:
If you already have an active number and would like it to be added to the corporate account, the following is required:
- A letter from the individual indicating that they are relinquishing the number to the company
- A letter from the company accepting the charges incurred for the number during the contractual period
- A copy of the individual’s ID
New Number Addition:
If you are requesting a new number (a number that is not currently active), simply liaise with your sales representative or submit the request here. Custom suffixes may be assigned if available
To remove a number from your account:
Submit the request here.
In addition, if the user has permission from the company to retain the number for their personal use, a letter should be provided by the company to indicate that they are relinquishing the number to the user.
