Once the capabilities are confirmed and the sales process is completed;
- A site survey is done to determine the delivery method and how connectivity will be delivered into the customer’s premises.
- Proceeding the survey is completed, the scope of works document is then provided to sign off.
- After this is agreed upon, the installation and integration of the equipment are scheduled.
The time frame for installation and integration is usually between 5-10 business days.
